We are pleased to announce the reopening of the Governor’s Cay tennis court. The court has been added to the reservation system and is therefore no longer available for unscheduled use. If lighting is required, please contact Security Services at least 20 minutes beforehand and they will set the timer.
We are in receipt of a number of payments that we have been unable to identify and are held pending verification. Please review the dates and amounts of the transactions below and log in to check if any are missing from your account. If so, please contact us with confirmation of the payment transmission so that we may credit the balance to your account. Please note that there may be a difference between the transmission amount and the amount shown below due to bank charges (normally associated with international transfers):

The Holiday season is here again and it is during this time of year that criminal activity tends to increase. However we wish to assure you that we will continue to do our part to ensure the safety of residents and their property. There are a number of safety precautions the Security Department would like everyone to bear in mind during this season.
In conclusion, please be reminded that workers’ identification badges and vehicle decals expire at the end of December.
Business hours during the Holiday season:

2015 car decals will be available for collection after December 15, 2014 from Security Services.
Under the policy for watercraft moored in Sandyport, all existing permits will expire at midnight on December 31, 2014. Please complete the application form and submit to Security Services together with current documentation.

All workers (including housekeepers, gardeners, handymen etc.) are required to obtain a pass and enter the property via the service entrance. Occasional workers may obtain a day pass at the entrance subject to paying a $1 deposit (refunded on exit) and clearing security in the usual manner.
Contractors and regular workers, including those that are employed by contractors, are required to purchase an annual pass at a cost of $10 per annum (or $1 per month or part thereof if purchased during the year).
To qualify for a pass the applicant should obtain authorization from the property owner. In the event that the applicant is employed by a third party authorized by the owner, such as a contractor, that third party should make the application on behalf of its’ personnel.
Applicants must demonstrate they have the right to work in The Bahamas by producing a passport and, in the case of non-Bahamians, a valid permit with no work restrictions.
The annual passes expire on December 31 at midnight. Call 327 6943 for further information.
The Board has agreed to extend the carport usage program (see original post here) until December 31, 2015 subject to payment of a fee of $150 (plus VAT after January 1, 2015) per carport. The spaces shall be allocated on a first paid, first served basis with preference being given to those that took advantage of the program in the previous year.
The spaces are numbered in accordance with the sequence below starting from the West and heading East. Unauthorized vehicles parked in any of these locations after December 31, 2014 shall be subject to removal and storage charges.
