Notice of the Annual General Meeting 2011

To: The shareholders of Sandyport Homeowners Association Limited 

            Take Notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will take place in the Auditorium of the Tambearly School (adjacent to Sandyport) on
Friday January 20th , 2012 commencing at 5:00pm.

Forms of Proxy are hereby circulated to shareholders for those who wish to have someone else represent them or to cast their vote. On completion of the form of proxy, same should also be sent to the Secretary via the Office on or before Friday the 6th day of January A.D. 2012. Where shares are held by companies, the company must send in a form of proxy designating an individual to cast the vote on its behalf.

Shareholders are requested to park along the main road in Sandyport Phase Five and to walk through the gate into the Tambearly premises.

Shareholders who are joint owners or owners as tenants-in-common must send in to the Company Secretary (in care of the office) in writing the name of the shareholder who they have authorised to cast the vote on behalf of the said  joint owners or tenants-in-common.

Holiday business hours 2011-2012

Below are the operating hours for administration and maintenance personnel over the holiday period:

Dec 23rd – 8am – noon
Dec 24th – 27th – closed
Dec 28th – 29th – 8am – 4pm
Dec 30th – 8am – noon
Jan 1st – 2nd – closed

Business resumes as normal on January 3rd, 2012. In the event of emergencies outside of business hours, please contact 327 6943.

2012 Assessment notice

Dear Homeowner

The Board of Directors of the Sandyport Homeowners Association met at a Board Meeting on December 12th, 2011 and set the Association’s Annual Assessment Fee for 2012 at $2.75 per square foot.

The 2012 budget is attached and will be effective January 1, 2012.

We are pleased to confirm the following payment options:

  1. Payment in full by January 16th for the 2012 assessment will receive a 3% discount, which can be deducted at the time of payment. Note that payments must be received by this date to qualify for the discount.
  2. Monthly – due on the first day of each calendar month, commencing January 2012.
  3. Quarterly – due on the first day of January, April, July and October.
  4. Half yearly – due on the first day of January and July.

You will receive your 2012 assessment invoice in full later this month and be able to select your payment options at that time.
